The hotel food was delicious and cheaper than other nearby options. There was a convenient store located just outside the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing something on the go. the Japanese bath was a great way to relax after a long day of business meetings.
My room was a bit worn out and not worth the high price I paid. Although the location was not bad, it was a bit of a walk to the subway.

The spa was great. Very clean, nicely decorated, typically small Japanese city room.
It is in a difficult location, not much around except business exec buildings. Then again, I planned on flying out after one night and did not explore much. The resturant next to the spa, within the hotel was just ok for the expense.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with a breathtaking view to top it off. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even had excellent English skills, which made communication effortless. When I arrived early and needed to store my luggage, including a melon I bought, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my luggage had been promptly delivered to my room and the melon was chilling in the fridge. The attention to detail and impeccable service truly enhanced my experience. If you have any queries about the local attractions or need assistance, the staff here are more than willing to assist you.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting this lovely place.

Wow! The hotel was absolutely amazing! - 2 restaurants, a tavern, a bakery, outdoor hot springs, pool and gym - you cant ask for more. Beautiful view in the tavern overlooking Osaka city. Only a 10-15 min walk to Osaka castle.

The hotel has great amenities such as a free onsen and gym. the staff were friendly and gave us helpful advice on sightseeing. the hotel is located near a subway station and a convenience store, making it easy to access attractions and grab snacks. We also enjoyed the breakfast spread, with a variety of Asian and Western dishes.
The hotel had a 1am curfew which seemed unnecessary. the bathroom design was a bit strange, with the shower area separated from the sink and toilet.

The whole hotel is themed with nature. The halls even have speakers playing relaxing nature sounds. The top floor is an indoor and outdoor hot spring that you can use free of charge. The internet usage is also free. There's a nice bakery down stairs, too. Conveniently located close to the city center (2 stops away).
Hard beds. Internet was very, very slow during my time there, even though it was free. Very difficult to use the TV system. I never figured out how to really use it or navigate menus for pay movies, etc.
